Legal Actions

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English law, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the English courts. In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by a court as invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute of law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the App, the website or any other App-linked webpage, must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose and must be filed in a court in London, United Kingdom.

In the event that these Terms are translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the two language versions, the English language version shall prevail to the extent that such discrepancy is the result of an error in translation.
